It's the worst sight baseball fans can see: a tarp.
One has been rolled out at Truist Park in Atlanta ahead of Game 3 of the World Series between the Braves and Astros, as rainy weather has forced the teams to hold off on batting practice.
The game appears to still be on as scheduled, with MLB having made no announcement yet about a postponement. However, the Weather Channel says Atlanta is expected to see occasional rain until 8 p.m. ET, which is around the scheduled time for first pitch.
