LINCOLN, Ne. - Drexel Wrestling 174lb standout, Mickey O'Malley, is scheduled to compete in the 2021 USA Wrestling World Team Trials this weekend at the Pinnacle Bank Arena in Lincoln, Nebraska. The Champion in the Men's Freestyle, Women's Freestyle, and Greco-Roman for the 2021 Senior World Team Trials will represent Team USA at the 2021 Senior World Championships in Oslo, Norway on October 2nd-10th.

O'Malley will be wrestling in the 79kg weight class and enters the weekend with a No. 12 pre-seed rank. The Hasbrouck Heights, N.J. native has competed in a number of freestyle events in the off season. His most recent results include a runner-up finish at the U23 Senior World Team Trials, a fourth-place finish at the US Open, and was named a Junior National Champion.

3:00 PM – 6:00 PM: FINAL 2 OUT OF 3 CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES
