But Ryder understood that harnessing the disruptive power of technology to cultivate one of the most under-served healthcare markets was an unprecedented business opportunity that could also create real change. So she turned to female investors and VCs with healthcare industry expertise to raise capital for Maven, which has served five million patients in 175 countries, since launching in 2014.
